We supply AC adapters with the plasma dome, there is a choice of two types, 220-240V or 100-120V both are (2pin).

Postage
Items are shipped using Thai registered post. Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery, in most cases items reach their destination within 10 working days.

EMS (Express Mail Service)
This service is US $80; please notify us in advance if you require this service. Service Information: Postal items will be sent via an express delivery system. With our special and separate EMS system, you can be confident that your mail will be delivered to recipients speedily and safely. Thailand Post is pleased to repay service fees if we can't meet our mail delivery standard. In case there is any loss or damage caused by Thailand Post we will provide compensation. Items should reach destination within 5 working days.
Returns policy
We only accept returns of goods that are faulty or damaged on delivery. In the unlikely event of this happening you need to contact us straight away or within 24 hours from the time you received the item. Damage caused from incompatible voltage input or use of AC adapters and power supplies that were not supplied by us is the reasonability of the buyer and will not be accepted for return. All of our listings clearly state the electrical input, output and operating voltages so please be sure to check before you buy. The buyer is responsible for return shipping returned to us. Please contact us straight away if this happens.
