TERMS & CONDITIONS
We only accept returns of damaged in transit or dead on arrival items. No refunds, refund is given as replacement only.
A damaged product must be returned before a replacement is sent.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged of faulty product please inform us within 24 hrs. Damaged or faulty products should be posted within 3 business days of receiving the item. Replacement products will ONLY be sent once the returned parcel has been received or tracking information for the returning item has been confirmed.
